Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

KollaLabs (a legally registered Empresa Unipersonal, SEPREC, Bolivia) operates CobraYa!, a CRM and messaging platform that lets businesses manage payment reminders and customer communication over WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

2. What data we process

When a business client ("the Client") uses CobraYa!, KollaLabs processes, as a data processor on the Client's behalf, the data the Client itself uploads about its contacts: names, phone numbers, email addresses, amounts owed, due dates, and communication history.

KollaLabs does not sell or share this information with third parties outside of providing the service.

3. How the data is used

• To send reminders and messages on the Client's behalf over WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• To record the status of each message (sent, delivered, replied) in the Client's dashboard.
• To apply opt-out requests (for example, when a recipient replies "PARE") and prevent future contact to that number.

4. Client responsibility

The Client is responsible for having a valid legal basis (contractual relationship, consent, or another applicable basis under its jurisdiction) to contact the people whose data it uploads to the platform. KollaLabs acts as the provider of the communication tool, not as the owner of that relationship.

5. Retention

Data is kept while the Client's account remains active. After the Client cancels the service, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless a legal obligation requires retaining it longer.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, per-user access control, and data separation between different Clients.

7. Infrastructure providers

We rely on hosting, database, and messaging providers (including Meta's official WhatsApp Business API) solely to operate the service. These providers process data under their own terms and only for the purposes of providing the service.

8. Rights of contacted individuals

Anyone who receives a message through CobraYa! can request to stop receiving communications by replying "PARE" to the message received, or by writing directly to contact@kollalabs.dev.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
